About Company:

KPMG India, one of the country’s leading professional services firms, is seeking an Analyst for its Data Analytics team in Gurugram. Established in India in 1993, KPMG India offers a broad range of services across national and international clients, leveraging the extensive global KPMG network.

The Analyst will be instrumental in supporting business change activities essential for Shell’s Audit simplification agenda, focusing on aligning and simplifying internal audit to increase business value. The role involves working on IT audit and related services, performing control testing, and supporting reviews of processes such as ITGC, SOX audits, and ISO27001.

This is a delivery-focused position, requiring high-quality execution in a fast-paced, changing environment. The candidate will be responsible for documenting and executing audits and participating in change management, incident management, and user access control activities.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Executing IT audit procedures, including ITGC audits and SOX audits
  • Working on change management and incident management activities
  • Designing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Supporting audit reviews such as ISO27001 assessments
  • Acting as an individual contributor on client projects
  • Ensuring the production of high-quality deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech), MCA, BCA, or equivalent

  • Broad technical knowledge of computer systems and IT security
  • High delivery impact in IT Audit activities
  • Process knowledge of business functions and audit methodologies
  • Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across organizational levels
  • Ability to produce high-quality deliverables and manage challenges in diverse sectors
  • Results-driven approach and adaptability to various work environments
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
